Top Ten WORST Movies of 2016

2016 was honestly a shithole full of terrible movies. But there's always the worst of the worst...let's count them down and get this over with.

10. Independence Day: Resurgence

I really wanted this to be good. I loved ID4, and I was so psyched to see a continuation for this. What we got was two hours of boring, bland action, the standard of today. And they couldn't even get Will Smith back.

9. Now You See Me 2

It was a rough year for Jesse Eisenberg. Sadly not even Daniel Radcliffe could save this sequel from it's muggleness.

8. Allegiant

After the literal trainwreck of the first Divergent movie, I never dared to humor watching another one. Well, I got roped into it, and it somehow ended up even worse than the first! Why do they even try anymore.

7. Ben-Hur 

Some things just shouldn't be re-made. This is exactly one of them.

6. Zoolander 2

Some things shouldn't have sequels, either. This is exactly one of them.

5. X-Men: Apocalypse

How could you screw this up? How?! Probably my biggest disappointment this year...I think X-Men needs to take a break.

4. Ice Age: Collision Course

I don't...why did they make this? I knew it'd be senseless drivel but after the second and third one...I just don't understand why? Money, I suppose.

3. God's Not Dead 2

Last year, I swore not to include any of these new religious propaganda films on this list. But the audacity of these films is just annoying me to the point where I can't stand it anymore. And this one is quite possibly the worst...I won't delve into an argument on religion, but these need to stop. Now.

2. The Brothers Grimsby

If Mark Strong's career survives after this shitfest, it'll be the biggest surprise of 2016.

1. Nine Lives

Once again, I knew this would be senseless and useless walking into it. But the fact that a movie of this quality would be made in 2016 is just stupefying. Go back to 1996...you were stupid enough then.

I hope 2017 is a better year, I really do...
